Why the MTe
Not because the MTe gives you 350 watts whenever you ask for them. But because it was designed around proper riding – with Sixfinity suspension and a drive unit that stays in the background.
The MTe is a mountain bike first, one that simply lets you do more. Yeti's take on the lightweight eMTB, built to amplify every part of modern trail riding.
Features
Leverage rate your way
Flip a chip to match Sixfinity progression to your riding style, shock and terrain – from a supportive, efficient setting to a livelier feel with more bottom-out resistance. The curve stays linear and predictable in every setting.

Light only on the scales
From 17 kg, the MTe weighs about the same as an enduro race bike. The TQ HPR 60 drive unit delivers 60 Nm and up to 350 W while remaining among the lightest and quietest on the market – no lag, and a natural ride feel.

Switch it to MX
The MTe comes ready for 29" wheels, but a frame flip chip lets you run a mullet with a 27.5" rear. Geometry stays balanced – no compromise in angles or BB height.

Quiet running
The TQ HPR 60 is practically inaudible. Nothing disturbs you on the trail – just you and the terrain.

YETI Cycles is a legendary mountain bike brand founded in 1984 by John Parker, a former motorcycle racer who was searching for a new purpose in life after a serious accident. Together with his friends, including the now-iconic Frank “The Welder” Wadelton, they created one of the most influential brands in MTB history. From its inception, YETI has emphasized innovation and quality, leading to the creation of top-of-the-line carbon frames that have become a symbol of performance and reliability.
YETI Cycles has made a name for itself not only with its distinctive design, but also with its unique suspension system and technology that push the boundaries of riding performance. Their models are designed to meet the demanding requirements of mountain bikers, both on race courses and in challenging terrain. The company’s philosophy is to create bikes that they themselves would want to ride—a philosophy that is clearly reflected in every detail of their products.
YETI is synonymous with performance, innovation, and a love of cycling. Their passion and dedication are evident in every bike that leaves their workshops, and the brand continues to hold a privileged position in the premium mountain bike segment worldwide.
